Any yearbook members needing to finish pages, you may come and work after school in the art room on Friday. See Ms. Wehling if you plan on staying!
Attention CACC students: Friday will be your last day in attendance at CACC for this school year.
There is a new McDonald’s being built on the west side of Springfield by the Quick N EZ. The owner is looking for responsible high school students to work there. Application information is available in the high school office.
Semester Exams for Seniors will be Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are a senior that is exempt from exams, tomorrow will be your last day of attendance. Be sure to check in with your homeroom teacher and have your locker cleaned out, all textbooks returned, library books returned, etc.
Congratulations to Katie Nichols and Maddie Henry on being named to the Sangamo All-Conference 1st team in softball. Peyton Kirkpatrick was named to the second team and Lauren Killion was named All-Conference Honorable Mention. Katie has become the all-time stolen base leader with 98. Lauren and Peyton finish their softball careers with Top 20 ranks in a number of categories. Lauren is #2 all time in hits, #2 in singles, #3 in doubles, #1 in triples with 11, #2 in homeruns, #2 in RBIs, #1 in runs scored, #4 in batting average, and #2 in stolen bases. Peyton is #5 in hits, #4 in singles, #6 in doubles, #4 in RBIs, #4 in runs scored, #12 in batting average, and #13 in stolen bases.
